Yep, it's time to burn the fat . . . the BABY fat, that is! It has been long overdue, and I haven't been 100% committed to it in the past. I hope to rectify that this year, and I hope to not fall of the wagon this time. However, if I do, I hope to be able to pick myself up and try again.
The purpose of this blog is to keep myself accountable for my actions. I hope to keep a fairly regular log of how my eating and exercise habits are and track my weight loss. I may also include some pictures of myself throughout the process to keep me motivated.
